Pulaski Stockyard is owned and operated by Billy Wallace and Dr. Steve Osborne. The partnership also runs Valley Stockyard in Decatur, Alabama. Billy serves as the day to day operating partner in serving our regions cattle producers. The Stockyards main focus is to be a full service facility to all cattle producers and to max out the value for our customers livestock from 1 to 1000 head.
